We wish to advise customers that delivery times are variable at present, and cannot be guaranteed. Australia Post is experiencing longer than usual delays, which are outside of our control. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience. 

How much does delivery cost within Australia?

Any order over €200 within Australia will benefit with FREE SHIPPING!

All orders less than €200 will incur a €10 flat rate.

Express shipping 1-2 business days once orders are dispatched.



enlacasona ships to all countries but during this current situation not all countries can process an order through our website. If you are having troubles with international shipping, please contact us with your order details and we can arrange alternative carrier options.

 The system online postage calculator will precisely calculate shipping costs in accordance with current local pricing.

It will advise you of total cost before purchase.

In extremely rare cases, some customers may be charged import duties by their country's customs department. In this case, the customer will be responsible for any extra charges or duties. Please check with your local customs office before you decide to purchase.




We want your online shopping experience with enlacasona to be an enjoyable one.  You can shop with confidence, as we are happy to accept returns for all online purchases (except face masks and earrings.)
Full-priced items can be returned for exchange, store credit (valid for 36 months) or a refund (minus initial shipping fee). Items must be received within 7 days of initial delivery date. 
Sale items can be returned for exchange or store credit (valid for 12 months). Refunds are not available for sale items. 
All returned items must be in original condition: unworn, with tags attached, free of perfume and pet hair. If the item is not in salable condition, a dry cleaning fee may be applied, or the return may not be accepted.

Please note - We are more than happy to cover the cost of shipping when sending the first replacement garment. Should you wish to return it for another garment a second or third time, the postage costs will need to be paid for, or a return trackable satchel supplied.
